1. Order and Service Cancellations

  • Users may request cancellation of any order or service before it has begun processing by the restaurant, store, supermarket, pharmacy, or rental company.

  • Once the order or service has started processing by any of our partners, cancellation or refund is not possible.

2. Car Rental Cancellations

  • Car rental reservations can be cancelled free of charge if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled rental start time.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start time may incur partial or full cancellation fees according to the partner’s policy.

  • Cancellation fees may apply depending on the type of service and the partner’s cancellation policy.

  • Users will be informed of any applicable cancellation fees before the cancellation is confirmed.
